SMART AirCon is the SG aircon servicing and repair team of Smart Infratech, covering homes and businesses islandwide. From a routine aircon service or chemical wash to a unit that has stopped cooling, visits are usually available the same or next day.
Regular aircon servicing keeps a unit cooling properly and heads off the usual complaints: weak airflow, a musty smell, or water dripping from the indoor unit. An air con servicing visit cleans the unit and checks that it is cooling as it should.
Aircon service for one wall-mounted unit is Year End Offer price $45usual price $50, and the price per unit drops when we service several units in the same visit.
When a normal service no longer brings the cooling back, an aircon chemical wash goes deeper. Chemical cleaning removes the grease, dust and mould that build up on the cooling coil and blower, which brushing and rinsing alone cannot shift.
For heavily clogged units we carry out a chemical overhaul at Year End Offer price $108usual price $120 per unit: full internal disassembly, chemical wash of all parts, mould and bacteria removal, drainage clearing and performance testing. Some people call this an AC chemical wash or air conditioner chemical cleaning; it is the same job.

Planned air con maintenance costs less than emergency repairs. A maintenance contract gives you fixed-rate regular servicing on a quarterly or monthly plan, with priority scheduling, for homes and businesses.

General aircon servicing is routine cleaning that keeps a working unit cooling properly. For most homes we recommend aircon servicing every three months, which is why our maintenance plan is built around four visits a year. Units that run all day, such as in offices and shops, may need air con maintenance more often; we offer quarterly or monthly plans.

Smart Infratech is an independent company and is not affiliated with Gain City or any other retailer. If your unit is still under the manufacturer's or retailer's warranty, check its terms before booking a third-party repair.
